POLICIES
*Because there is such a large variety of requests made to the proof reading staff, the work to be proof read must be submitted ot this site via email or fax before a price quote can be prov ided. (email is recommended) SEND WORK IN TEXT MESSAGE OR WORD FORMAT!
*The price quote will be given no later than three to five business days after the material is received.
*If there is a request for a rush order, the proof reading staff will do everything possible to comply. Please be aware that there will be an additional charge, depending on the amount of work involved, included in the price quote. The usual time for the completion of an average length order (10 to 30 pages) is 10 business days.
* Work on the submitted material will begin after the author has responded to the price quote and agreed to the set price. No additional charges will be made once the price quote is accepted.
**Because accuracy is our highest goal, the proof reading staff may wish to contact the author during the course of proof reading in order to be clarify meaning and to be sure of maintaining the integrity and spirit of the work. It is highly recommended that the author establish an email address that he/she will be able to check regularly for this purpose.
* Upon completion of the work, the author will be notified. The Author is expect to make payment for services provided via bank direct deposit prior to receiving the final proof read material.
* After making payment and receiving the completed work, the author will have 14 days to clarify any changes, ask questions or give other feedback. No additional charges will apply.
